RACE / TEAM INSTRUCTION:
at Xpress, you can follow the actual race clock, follow individual runners, and see them as they actually come across the finish line. Just select the green live link for today's meet, then choose the current race.
* We are using electronic chips. Runners make sure the bib # and the chip # match. Each runners name is listed on a bib. Make sure the chips are zip tied securely to your shoes. Return all unused chips immediately. After the race the electronic chips will be removed by a race official at the finish chute. DO NOT STOP IN THE CHUTE.
* Runners must be at the starting line 15 minutes prior to your race time.
* Choose your own starting blocks.
* Please pick up all garbage around your team tent before you leave.
* Non-Runners must stay off of the start line.
* Coaches turn in unused chips and other materials to packet pickup at old pavilion.
* Registration at old pavilion below AWARDS stage.
* Course Maps available at Check-in, old pavilion.
* Hospitality at old pavilion.
GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS:
* Extra porta-potties at top of hill by start line.
* EMT's located below the stage, next to the old pavilion.
* T-shirts on sale today at the concession building.
* Happy Birthday Jeff Hill (driving the lead gator today).
* Chick-Fil-A biscuits available today at the Concession building.
* Please help us keep the park clean by picking up all trash before, during, and after the race.
* Thanks to the many volunteers that are assisting at today's race.
* If you have an announcement, it must be cleared through the meet officials to be given to me at the Sound Tent next to the new pavilion at the starting line.
Emergency announcements will be made immediately.
* Restrooms are located at the Concession building, near the awards stage behind the flagpole.
* Concessions are in the main building located near the stage, behind the flagpole.
* All coaches, family members, non-current runners, and spectators must stay off of the race course, off of the start line, and out of the finish chute. Keep the course clear at all times.
* Please be aware of your surroundings and make room for emergency personnel trying to get runners out of the course.
