You must MAINTAIN a 6 foot Social Distance from Non Family members and wear a mask over your MOUTH and NOSE per AHSAA!
RACE INSTRUCTION:
* Runners make sure your bib # and the chip # match. Make sure your name is listed on your bib. Make sure your chips are zip tied securely to your shoes. Insert the zip-tie tip through the flat side of the zip tie (see pics).
* After the race, Runners PROCEED TO YOUR TEAM TENT for Removal. DO NOT STOP IN THE CHUTE. Coaches turn chips in ASAP.
* Runners must be at the starting line 3 minutes prior to your race time. Starter will inform you when to enter your pre chosen boxes.
* Course is well marked.
TEAM ANNOUNCEMENTS:
* Please pick up all garbage around your team tent before you leave.
* ALL VEHICLES must be out of the park/course-race area 1 hour prior to 1st race. You must park in regular parking south of the museum. NO PARKING ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE MUSEUM! THIS IS FOR EMERGENCY PERSONNEL ONLY!
* Non-Runners and spectators, must STAY OFF OF THE START LINE. No on-line coaching. NON-Runners must STAY OFF OF THE RACE COURSE! No cooling off on the course.
GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS:
* No Smoking at AHSAA School Sporting Events.
* Restrooms are located by the start-line, in the museum, and in the hut next to the amphitheater.
* All coaches, family members, non-current runners, and spectators must stay off of the race course, off of the start line, and out of the finish chute. Keep the course clear at all times. Runners could be disqualified due to interference.
* No Pets or Bicycles per AHSAA rules.
* Stay out of the lake.
* T-shirts on sale today, Comfort-Color/Soft-Style, long sleeve, short sleeve, Sweats. We take Debit Cards.
* Please be aware of your surroundings and make room for emergency personnel trying to get runners out of the course.
If you need medical attention, EMT's are located at the finish line next to the museum.

* Any outside announcements must be cleared through the meet officials before I can make them here at the DJ Sound Tent.
