You are reminded to Maintain 6 feet Social Distance Non-Family and Wear A Mask!
RACE / TEAM INSTRUCTION:
* Registration and packet pickup are located at the top of the hill behind the baseball press box, on your way to the start line.
* Tent City located on Baseball Field. Team tent areas and warm-ups should be setup/selected to allow for social distancing.
* Coaches are reminded to use good judgement when placing team tents and maintain 6 feet or more social distance from other tents.
* Race course CLOSES for Preview at 7:50am. Keep the trails CLEAR for designated races!
* We are using electronic chips. Runners make sure the bib # and the chip # match. Each runners name is listed on your bib. Make sure the chips are zip tied securely to your shoes. Insert the zip-tie tip through the flat side as in these pics.
* After the race, your chips WILL NOT be taken off at the finish line. DO NOT STOP IN THE CHUTE. Proceed to your team tent and your coach will remove your chips.
* Coaches will return race packets including unused chips (immediately) and used race chips to the registration tent after race completion ASAP.
* Teams will be billed $25 per missing chip.
* If a runner's chip does not scan, please DO NOT report it to the timer, report it to Registration and we will gladly correct the error if needed.
* Coaches, have your runners move on through the finish chute quickly.
* Restrooms are located at the field house, and we have some at the start line.
* Top 2 Teams each division will receive a trophy.
* Top 10 runners each division receive an individual award.
* Complete results from todays race will be posted online/or live at

* Runners must be at the starting line 5 minutes prior to your race time. The starter will notify runners when they may enter their starting box. Only current runners, coaches, and meet staff allowed on start-line. No parents or spectators per AHSAA!
* Team starting box numbers will be pre-selected.
* Runners may wear a mask into the starting box, hold while running, and put back on when finished
* There will be limited finish line workers to help guide any runners
* Course is well marked.
* Please pick up all garbage around your team tent before you leave.
* Trainers and Medics will be located next to the football field house by the finish line.
* Bottled water will be provided with race packets for athletes
* Start line is located across the road from the football stadium behind the baseball left field.
* No Awards CEREMONY Today.
Coaches may pick up shirts/medals/trophies after race completion at football field house ASAP.
* Coaches - NO Hospitality this year.
GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS:
* Parking located across road south of stadium.
* Concessions and T-shirts will be available at the Coca Cola Trailer at the gate.
* All spectators are encouraged to social distance and wear facemask. Stay back from start line and stay off of the course.
* EMT's are located by the football field house at the stadium.
* Please be aware of your surroundings and make room for emergency personnel trying to get runners out of the course.
* Any outside announcements must be cleared through the meet officials before I can make them here at the DJ Sound Tent.
EMERGENCY announcements will be made IMMEDIATELY!

At Xpress, you can follow the actual race clock, follow individual runners, and see them as they actually come across the finish line. Just select the green live link (Only If Available) for today's meet, then choose the current race. If link not available, select next Xpress Live link below for results.
