We welcome runners from Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, and Tennessee.
When at an Oakville Race, you must MAINTAIN a 6 foot Social Distance from Non Family members and wear a mask over your MOUTH and NOSE per AHSAA!
COACHES, RETURN ALL USED AND UNUSED CHIPS IMMEDIATELY!
* No coaches meeting today.
* We are using electronic chips. Runners make sure the bib # and the chip # match. Each runners name is listed on your bib. Make sure the chips are zip tied securely to your shoes. Insert the zip-tie tip through the flat side as in these pics.
After the race, the electronic chips will NOT be removed at the finish chute. DO NOT STOP IN THE CHUTE. Go to your team tent and your COACH will REMOVE YOUR CHIPS and return chips Immediately to Packet Pickup.
* Coaches please return all unused chips, packets, and any unused materials immediately. THIS IS MANDATORY!
* If a runner's chip does not scan, please DO NOT report it to the timer, report it to the registration tent (near the finish line) and we will gladly correct our error if needed.
* Runners, Coaches and Parents; please note, if a runner in this division does not finish the race in under the allotted minutes, they will not be included in the race results! Listen for details at the start of each race.
* Also, no one is allowed inside the red tape except the runners in that specific race. Violation of this rule could result in your whole team being disqualified! KEEP THE COURSE CLEAR FOR RUNNERS!
* Runners must be at the starting line 3 minutes prior to your race time ONLY WHEN INSTRUCTED.
* Starting Blocks are pre chosen.
* Course is well marked.
* Please pick up all garbage around your team tent before you leave. You should have a garbage bag in your packet.
Coaches maintain social distancing when placing tents.
* ALL VEHICLES must be out of the park/course-race area 1 hour prior to first race. You must park in regular parking south of the museum. NO PARKING ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE MUSEUM! THIS IS FOR EMERGENCY PERSONNEL ONLY!
* Current Non-Runners, parents, and spectators ARE NOT PERMITTED on or near the start line and the race course per AHSAA!
* First Place Athletics is here today with your running accessories. Located near the T-shirt Tent, next to the east side of the start line.
* TEAM FOOD ORDERS:
Teams that preordered CFA, may pick up
FRIDAY after 4pm, and
SATURDAY after 10am.
GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS:

* Restrooms are located by the start-line, in the museum, and in the hut next to the amphitheater.
* Limited Pre-packaged Concessions are located next to the concession area/Pepsi wagons.
-Chick-Fil-A Sandwiches available for $5, while supplies last.

* All coaches, family members, non-current runners, and spectators must stay off of the race course, off of the start line, and out of the finish chute. Keep the course clear at all times. Runners could be disqualified due to interference.
* No Pets or Bicycles per AHSAA rules.
* Stay out of the lake pet AHSAA.
* Stay off the mounds per AHSAA.
* Please be aware of your surroundings and make room for emergency personnel trying to get runners out of the course.
If you need medical attention, EMT's are located at the finish line next to the museum.
