AHSAA strongly recommends
YOU MUST MAINTAIN 6 FEET
SEPERATION FROM OTHERS,
and you must wear a mask
over your Mouth AND NOSE!
* We are using electronic chips. Runners make sure the bib # and the chip # match. Each runners name is listed on your bib. Make sure the chips are zip tied securely to your shoes. Insert the zip-tie tip through the flat side as in these pics.
* Coaches, double check your runners zip-ties. Show them the above picture.
* After the race, the electronic chips will NOT be removed by a race official at the finish chute. DO NOT STOP IN THE CHUTE. PROCEED ON TO YOUR TEAM TENT where your coach will remove your chips. And then the Coach will return all chips immediately.
* Runners must be at the starting line 5 minutes prior to your race time. The race starter will instruct you when to approach the start line.
* Please pick up all garbage around your team tent before you leave.
* Non-Runners must stay off of the start line and off the course when races are underway.
* NO COOLING OFF on the Course during races YOU'RE NOT INVOLVED IN! This has started being a problem at one location. There is plenty of NON-COURSE area to cool off on!
* Registration / Packet Pickup: South Pavilion next to Finish Line.
RETURN ALL UNUSED CHIPS, MATERIALS, and your PACKETS IMMEDIATELY! Return USED chips immediately after your Race.
* COACHES, Make sure you and your runners are NOT on the course during other races. This opens you up to possible team disqualification.
GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS:
* Please help us keep the park clean by picking up all trash before, during, and after the race.
* Thanks to the many volunteers that are assisting at today's race.
* Concessions are available at the Fairview Superette across the road.
* T-Shirts on sale today.
* If you have an announcement, it must be cleared through the meet officials to be given to me at the Sound Tent at the starting line. Emergency announcements will be made immediately.
* Restrooms are located at the middle pavilion.
* All coaches, family members, non-current runners, and spectators must stay off of the race course, off of the start line, and out of the finish chute. Keep the course clear at all times.
* Please be aware of your surroundings and make room for emergency personnel trying to get runners out of the course.
AWARDS ANNOUNCEMENTS:
* No Awards Ceremony. Coaches must pick up Awards after your races at the middle Pavilion.
* Trophies awarded to the TOP 3 Teams in each division
* Medals awarded to the TOP 15 finishers in each division except B Team
* Medals awarded to the TOP 10 finishers in the B Team division - Trophy First Place
