We would like to thank all Hartselle Cross Country parents for volunteering their time, money, resources, and energy toward today's meet.
RACE / TEAM INSTRUCTION:
* NO COACHES MEETING TODAY
* Coaches Hospitality in the Conference Center (South side).
* Registration and packet pickup are located at the open end of the Conference Center. (North side)
*Trainer and Medics at the Finish Line.
* Race course CLOSES for Preview at 3:40pm. Keep the trails CLEAR for designated races!
* We are using electronic chips. Runners make sure the bib # and the chip # match. Each runners name is listed on your bib. Make sure the chips are zip tied securely to your shoes. Insert the zip-tie tip through the flat side as in these pics.
After the race, the electronic chips will be removed by a race official at the finish chute. DO NOT STOP IN THE CHUTE.
* Coaches please return all unused chips, tan packets, and any unused materials immediately to the registration table at the conference center. THIS IS MANDATORY!
* If a runner's chip does not scan, please DO NOT report it to the timer, report it to the registration tent at the Conference Center and we will gladly correct the error if needed.
* Coaches, have your runners move on through the finish chute quickly.
* Restrooms are located by the Clubhouse (porta-potties).

* Concessions are being sold at the open end of the Conference Center, north side.

* Runners must be at the starting line 15 minutes prior to your race time.
* Choose your own starting blocks.
* Course is well marked.
* Team Tents may setup either near the start line or finish line.
* Please pick up all garbage around your team tent before you leave. You should have a garbage bag in your packet.
* Current Non-Runners must stay off of the start line and off the course.
GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS:
* All coaches, family members, non-current runners, and spectators must stay off of the race course, off of the start line, and out of the finish chute. Keep the course clear at all times. Runners could be disqualified due to interference.

Do Not cut across any Caution Tape anywhere on the course! It's up for a reason. Need somewhere to stand at the start? Don't stand inside the tape In The Running Path!
* Please be aware of your surroundings and make room for emergency personnel trying to get runners out of the course.
* EMT's will be stationed at the finish line.
* ALL VEHICLES must be out of the park/course-race area by 3:00pm. You must park in regular parking.

* Trophies awarded to the TOP 2 Teams in each division (Championship or Runner-Up trophy).
* T-Shirts awarded to the TOP 10 finishers in each division
